The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us during our romantic escape. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from major attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. We also enjoyed the lovely terrace restaurant with its breathtaking view of the sea.
the room we were assigned had a noisy restaurant next to it, which disturbed the peaceful atmosphere we were seeking.

Excellent location and very friendly service.
Didn't quite live up to our expectations. No lift and breakfast was served in its sister hotel a short walk away - not in the restaurant shown in the website photos. We booked a superior room but it was still very small. The safe in the wardrobe didn't work but they did fix it immediately. However, they failed to fix the two lights that didn't work which meant that (a) we had to use the torch on our phone to access the safe and (b) the bathroom was very, very dark! Don't be fooled by the superior rooms having jacuzzis either - apart from the bathroom being very dark, the water pressure wasn't too great. All that aside, the hotel did serve its purpose for our stay - although if you like to go to bed early, you might want to consider a different area as the bars on this street stay open late and are very noisy.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming smile and offered a refreshing drink. The staff here are kind and friendly, always ready to assist with any information I needed about getting around. The location is perfect, being close to everything the city has to offer. I was just a short walk away from the old city center, where I could visit popular sites like the Blue Mosque and Aya Sophia. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it convenient to grab a delicious meal. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area, providing enhanced comfort. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, so I could stay connected during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.
I would recommend this hotel to my family.

Location excellent for sightseeing
My room was in a different part of the building from the reception and breakfast room, which meant I had to go outside in order to get to them. I never found the bar, I can only assume it was part of the restaurant, so nowhere comfortable to sit with a drink.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the old city center and conveniently located near everything this city has to offer. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable and clean bed that provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe throughout our stay. They assisted us with information about transportation and even offered a delicious breakfast and refreshment upon our arrival. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area, ensuring that you have a variety of dining options. the rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the sea, and the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
